Records Should Stay Readable
A standards note on presenting documents clearly instead of burying the reader in raw files.
Records reporting should answer three questions:
- Which document matters?
- What does it show?
- What remains uncertain?
More files do not automatically create more clarity. The reporting task is to guide the reader through the evidence.
