Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 146 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. - Rainfall rates will generally range around 0.25 to 0.33 inch per hour. Isolated rates may reach 0.50 inch per hour for brief periods. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wrightwood, Llano, Valyermo, Highway 138 between Llano and the San Bernardin
