Officers arrived and located all involved parties. The driver, a 48-year-old adult male and Hayward resident, was still on scene when officers arrived. He was cooperative and provided a statement regarding the incident. The driver’s identity is not being released at this time. The pedestrian, a 73-year-old female adult, was located at the scene of the collision suffering from injuries related to the collision.
